How To: Master the "Lampshading" Trend

Lampshading

[lamp-sheyd-ing]

Apparently what you call wearing an oversized t-shirt that covers up your Nike shorts (norts), making you look like a lamp shade. It’s how your cousin in college says, “I woke up like this.”

I know, I know - looking like a lampshade doesn't exactly sound attractive, but the latest trend among the Kardashian-Jenner Klan is much more chic than the name let's on. It's no surprise that Kate Moss was the first to start the trend way back in 2013. While it has taken the rest of the world a good few years to catch up with the style icon, it's definitely been worth the wait.

If you've been trying to figure out how to style your thigh high boots, this is the perfect look for you. All you need is an oversized sweater and your "norts"...just incase it isn't that oversized.
Check out some of my favourite lampshading looks, worn by celebs and yours truly.
